I gave in my laptop and they said they would repair it in three days. I came after 10 days he said he has no clue about the laptop. I come back 5 days later after receiving a message and they had made no repair and when employee called the owner didn’t pick up and called 25 mins later while we waited, and when I said can u please hurry up and tell us what to do he said “you are not god”. Then said u can take the laptop but pay full price. Full price and no refund. Horrible customer service just so rude. He didn’t even ask to fix he said give the money or leave the laptop. I know things can be redone but the behaviour was terrible plus asked for $70 more for the task they didnt do. A shame.

I got there at like 430 and to get a new phone screen that came with a free class screen protector for only $149 and a wait time of 20 minutes it is really good customer service and he was really nice if I went to Apple it was going to be around $330 and to get this for half the price is really good and it is working like a charm would really recommend this place cheap and good quality and the time to replace a screen is a amazing. If I ever break my phone again I’m coming back here.
