I Just needed a longer Samsung one connect cable and though they couldn’t get it themselves, Kara went the extra mile and sourced it and sent me the information required to buy it.

Needed a new One Connect box for my Samsung television and P&K Electronics were able to build a new one for me quickly and for a good price. The product was presented well and works perfectly.
Communication and service were excellent. Would definitely use them again if the need arises.
These guys are amazing! After dealing with a different Samsung partner for nearly 5 months, they sorted it out within the week! Not only did they sort my problem out quickly but they lovely people!
