Please do NOT trust this place whatsoever. They attempted to scam & lie to me because I am a woman and obviously I must know nothing. They refused to listen to me and about what was happening. I paid for them to take 4+ days only to tell me “You can pay $150 for us to refit your cpu cooler or buy a new one”. They could not tell me what was wrong with the cooler, why the cooler was causing the issue, nothing, no proof. This is also after I had told them I had already repasted, cleaned and refit the cooler, I know how to work on PCs but wanted to save time by getting “professionals” to just look over it. When I asked if they thought a new cooler would fix my issue, the guy said “Im not telling you, I’m not giving you a free diagnosis”. Funny how they had my PC & my money for 4 days, only to give me absolutely nothing. No confirmation, no explanation, no proof of issues. I was told on the phone (By 2 separate very snarky and rude employees) that my PC was also breaking because my CPU was at 60c and that my RAM was “erroring”. When I got into the store, I told the guy that 60c is fine for a CPU. He proceeded to say “No, it was 80c before we refitted your cooler”. Notice how he was just trying to charge me $150 bucks to do that? It also was a lie, I had marked my cooler bolts and could tell they hadn’t touched it. I was absolutely sick of their slimy behaviour, purchased a CPU cooler for DOUBLE the actual retail price ($80 when it is sold for $40 elsewhere) from them to just get over this headache and left assuming it would fix the issue. It did not. The problem was my PCI-E cable not sending power to my GPU properly. They LEGITIMATELY had 0 idea what was wrong and just heard what I suspected the problem to be and tried to dig into my pockets thinking I was stupid. Do not fall victim nor waste your time or money on this place.

We had a problem with our laptop not loading windows and had an urgent school assignment due, it was very stressful until we spoke to the team at PCC and within in a few short hours the problem was fixed.
