Had the misfortune of dealing with this business briefly when I was supposed to receive 2 refurbished laptops. 5 days later still no laptops. Issue with the supplier I can understand and accepted the apologies but on the 3rd request for an update almost 5 days after when I was supposed to receive my laptops – I received what I feel was a very aggressive response from them. I simply stated as a business owner myself I keep my clients informed of developments and didn’t appreciate having to constantly chase him up. I was told in his exact words “Who do you think you are speaking too? Don’t bother contacting us again.” Wow – really!

Update: Dave you left out quite a chunk of our conversation. I have added screenshots. The only things altered are phone numbers and my address which I am dissapointed you have. You are completely delusional if you can think you can get away with talking to your clients like this!

I would never use this company again I had my computer rebuilt by these guys through insurance and it was surpose to be all new computer and I have had trouble ever since and iI had a computer guy pull it all apart and have a look at it and parts that where put in this computer where dated 2005. I kept on saying to them something is wrong they basically said it was all in my head. There is proof it wasnt. Never again

Quick service excellent price I have used this company for over 5 years they are not a rip off. This time it was a friends laptop which they fixed straight away and was a very reasonable charge. My friend was very happy. I would recommend them for any computer repairs. Thanks Deb and Dave
