Horrible experience. Came here to get my screen fixed as the led was broken. They replaced it and immediately after there was issues, my phone screen was typing and moving on its own. After making another trip back to St kilda a couple months after – I live a long way away – they replaced the screen. Not long after , green lines started forming on my screen. This got progressively worse and cause my phone to become unresponsive and unusable. Today, I brought my phone back in and they stated they cannot help as “I’ve caused the damage myself”. I don’t see how I can cause what you call “physical damage” within a matter of days – mind you while there being no visible damage at all. The invoice for my second visit also states that the warranty is “421 days”. After speaking to the manager he decided to “take care of me” and apparently give me a deal and do the screen for cost price being $100. We alllll know that their product cost is below $10 as I’ve previously ordered a screen aswell.

I’m here to warn other against this chop shop and to take your money elsewhere. I will be taking this further to the ACA for breach of warranty.

Only come here if you want more issues than you presented with!!

Not looking for a lifetime warranty, just a place that upholds clearly stated warranty and repairs when it’s a technicians damage and fault. It’s a shame you can’t take on feedback and instead respond in a completely unprofessional and frankly embarrassing way. You guys are a dodgy business who only cares for revenue

My phone charging port died. Phone care clinic changed the part. Later I found out that the part they used was the wrong part. My induction charging and speaker phone was not working . By the time I worked out what they had done, they told me the part was out of warranty.
Bad service bad repair . Shame on you Phone care St Kilda.

Amazing service! I called around for a Google Pixel 8 LCD repair. Initially, they said the part wouldn’t be available until Monday. But they went above and beyond, found the part sooner, and fixed my phone the same day in just a few hours. Top-notch customer experience! They’ve definitely earned my future business.
