A month ago, I visited their shop in Werribee to have the screen of my Apple Watch replaced. They assured me they would use genuine Apple parts, so I agreed to the service. However, the new screen began to crack gradually within a month. Eventually, the display went black and the watch would no longer charge. When I contacted the repair center, the only response I got was that the warranty does not cover cracks. And no explanation at all about how the LCD display stopped working.
I don’t think the company is trustworthy!
