I will say for starters i expect to be asked to take down after a day or so as it is not 5 stars but.
Had a PC built about 12 months ago. Took a while but that is due to sourcing the parts. Got it home and straight away certain RBG cables were loose and couldn’t control a variety of aesthetics on the case and PC. No matter, everything else worked and even though they said they has stress tested and checked everything worked, i live over 40 mins away and cant always spend a day in PLE. About 6-7 months in a loud clicking noise begin to occur, after some time i realised one of the fans in the CPU cooler was probably on the way out. After several emails and hours on the phone i got through to Lauchlan (amazing guy to deal with) and he agreed and asked if i could bring it in and send videos, but was told to “wait for a booking email”. Two months later and no booking email and ended up ringing back again and being told they now think it is the case fans and i would need to bring jt in and pay the 99 bucks for expedited service. Took some time off and made the trek with PC, after about an hour wait got seen to, they took the PC out back and told me it wasnt the case fans but a fan in the cooler (like i had said). After another hour or so they came out and said i could either have the fan replaced or the whole cooler (which they didnt have in stock) and was advised it would be easier to just do the single fan. Had it done and 30 mins later all was good. 2 days later noise returned and is now much worse. Rang up again and was told its likely another fan and they could replace the entire cooler under warranty (and another 99 bucks) but that the cooler in the PC was prone to doing this within a year even though it was the one recommended to me. As i use it for work as well i basically either have to try take more time off to get it done or take it elsewhere. They are amazing to deal with but had several problems with the recommended build. Will be going to a closer builder next time just in case.

Customer service has gone down hill big time. Buy off the website and says they have stock, but then find out when picking up that items are on backorder. Desktop machine issues and impossible to get anyone on either online support or phone at the store.

Had switched to buying office machines from Dell, and while i sit here on an indefinite hold on the phone, with one machine that doesn’t work, and another one that hasn’t turned up because in branch stock apparently includes on backorder, I’ve just bought another machine from Dell online, and it’ll turn up when they say it will, and work.

Most people want to support local business, but when businesses no longer care about the people who buy, away we go.

Terrible. Hard to justify going back to a shop where clearly none of the staff want to be there. Wait times are horrendous. Click & collect is a joke, there is literally no point, you’ll be waiting just as long. Forget about needing anything from the “tech desk” – after ringing the bell, you’ll be treated with a 40min wait while listening to them having a great time behind the door. It seems they aren’t interested in customer service at all. I would rather spent my money anywhere else.
