My computer was frozen and could do nothing to work it. Everything did not work. Someone told me my hard drive wad done for. In desperation I found Philip on Google. Philip cme the next day and on time. Philip managed to fix my computer. I found Philip to ne professional and friendly. Also very informative. Philip called me up a few days after and again just to confirm my computer was going well before he invoiced me. He is very adamant to make the customer happy.
