the only thing that upsets me about this review is that i cannot go beyond 5 stars! This company is beyond incredible and not only was willing to try a repair that no one else would even look at, but through consistent communication and updates managed to Truley identify and repair my item perfectly! i will only be using Rocket Repair from now on. Thank you so much again for your time, hard work and commitment to the end result.
I needed a quote (and subsequent repairs) for (an older) laptop battery and screen repairs. Angelis was very responsive, helpful, and was happy to suggest lower-cost options for the repairs. He seems really honest and respectful. He responds when he says he will. I’ve been really happy with his service and definitely recommend Rocket Repairs.
My phone charging port broke while I was at work. I called up and Angelis was able to get the phone fixed that night. He went out of his way to make multiple phone calls, and even drove to pick the part up in order to make sure my phone was fixed on time. Highly recommend using his services!
