Pathetic store with terrible staff having horrendous customer service skills!!! They are arrogant and egoistic, and don’t have any etiquette and work ethic to talk to customers. I bought a brand new S23 Ultra 512 GB a few months ago but I’ve been facing several weird issues with the phone. So, I went there to discuss the issues and to check if they could fix or replace the phone for me. Firstly, they didn’t believe me about all the issues and it took me about 90 minutes to corroborate everything and convince these dumb and illiterate people. Then, they said sorry we don’t have any loan or replacement phone at the moment so we can’t help and advised me to visit some other store. However, when I insisted them a lot to liaise with another store about this, they rang another store and arranged an appointment for the phone replacement because they had a replacement phone. I, then, went to that store (Highpoint) and they were pretty good, well behaved and professional. They gave me a refurbished phone but unfortunately, I still have the same issues so this S23 Ultra is a horrendous phone to conclude everything!!!

I was sent out side so he can delay with ither customer even tho I had an appointment then I came back and 2nd staff member asking same questions all over again
Then I requested to see manager and I wasn’t allowed to speak to the manager
Just felt very uncomfortable and weird about the way I was handled
I boyluggt 3 phones for my whole family I incouraged them to switch to Samsung but now at last minute because of this terrible customer service I had today Monday 2nd July I was there at 9:30 and I left after 11 pm just for a z fold 6 collection no data transfer
Had more questions about deduced and more our chases still havnt been answered
Lost my trust in Samsung after this horrible service in werribee Samsung store

Terrible store . You can’t even ring the store direct , I ended up on the Philippines on one call . Anyway I took my phone in to get a repair and when I got there they tell me they no longer have technicians in the store so they had to send it away to get repaired , then I had to get a stat Dec signed to say it was mine even though I bought it through the Samsung webstore….. so I had to go to the other end of the shopping centre and pay $3 to get it signed …. when I got back they left me sitting in the store for 5-10 minutes to sign more stuff ….. absolutely not impressed ……
