Well my son took in his iPhone to get new screen and battery the owner put on new screen n said to my son 15 yrs old $230…for to fix n cash when son went back he was told take home phone was fixed…… Son paid cash n No Reciept was given. When he got home he put on charge and phone would not work.. Went back owner wasn’t there but the other staff member looked at phone abd said broken and unfixable… So I asked for sons cash back as owner should not have lied n taken his cash… So I arranged to meet the owner at the store.. When I went to the store he wasn’t there n told the staff member to do another screen and battery.. I said why as he said unfixable and it had already been done… And he was meant to meet me to discuss… After sending a few emails after going to the shop he never replied to any as I asked him to refund the money spent and no receipt… No reply from the owner…. Very dodgy owner. And be weary of handing in stuff for repairs as he is untruthful… Would definitely not recommend this company

Sorry but uv said a lot of lies in Ur reply to this post… No u did not give my son a receipt and u did not tell him that the phone was water damaged as it wasn’t and was workin fine until u tried to repair it… If u ahead said the phone was broken and unfixable he would not have bothered getting it repaired… But u told him it was workin and fixed just take it home and charge it and it would be ok… And it wasn’t and after talking with you on the phone regarding this matter we arranged to meet at the shop… And when I came to Ur shop as arranged guess what… U weren’t there and u told Ur staff to put on another screen and new battery and I asked why… And Ur staff member said it wasn’t fixable by looking at it.. Yet u took a 15 yr old kids $230.dollares to fix an unfixable phone and sent him on his way….. And sorry no one threatened any one or used bad language and if that’s what u say in Ur replies because of a bad truthful review… Then Ur as bad as your phone repairs as not once did I use bad language… So please don’t lie because of a review you don’t like and just again for the record the pix show how the phone was brought to you and u repaired the screen and battery when he came home and done as u said nothing happened so we brought it back he never re broke it it’s exactly in the pix as it was brought to u… So no u didn’t help or be responsible u took cash from a young kid so really u ripped him off and Ur telling lies in your reply… Shame on you… Not good business

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ALL COST
Echoing multiple other reviews on this website, took my phone in for a simple protective screen cover put on the front. The guy then talked me into having the back glass replaced on my phone whilst I was there (at the time this was only a cosmetic issue). I walked two shops down turned around to come back as I didn’t think $250 was worth it. He told me it was too late and he had already started the screen replacement. Once I got my phone back there is now multiple things not working on it and he is now saying that’s how it was when it was brought in. Refusing refund or any compensation. Business doesn’t even deserve 1 star. Should not be allowed to operate, these guys are an absolute scam.

Response: You have multiple reviews from other customers who have all experienced the same issues and all you do is say that everyone is lying (not a coincidence) the only person lying is you.
Firstly – why would I trust handing my phone over to you to send off after this. You said you would order a part and just to bring my phone back and you would replace it. Come back with the phone and now you say it was already broken when I gave it to you and I’ll have to send it off somewhere else.
Secondly – You act like you’re being so generous by offering a “free repair” for damages YOU caused, yet you won’t provide a refund for the $250 paid for a service you’re clearly incapable of.

I sent my phone to get the screen repaired and had to go back four times to get the camera properly fixed, the charging port replaced, and had to come back due to them informing us of the wrong time. They still have not put the screen back on properly and left sticky stuff all over it. I requested a free screen protector for my troubles and it was put on off center. They also forgot to give me back my sim card, and followed their Instagram account from my phone.
