I placed an order for a new screen replacement Tuesday since I dropped my phone at the gym 12 hours prior and only half my screen was showable after that drop. They called me Thursday before they closed and told me it came in. So the next day before I came into work, I dropped off my phone to get it fixed and not even 4 hours later……… my phone was like BRAND NEW. When I say… they are gods at what they do. I mean it.
may or may not be bias since I’m friends with the owner but still I RECOMMEND THE BROKEN PHONE TO ALL OF SHREVECITY!!!!!
Within 10 mins of my feet hitting the floor, I dropped my phone face first destroying my screen. Went to see them as they fixed my hubbys phone and sold us our previous one, found out my phone is ancient and he didn’t have one in stock but called his sister store Cellular Solutions on Youree and sent me to see Patrick. Within two hours I was watching youtube in my bunny slippers. Great service at both locations,good prices, and all kinds of new stuff to browse. Why are you still reading, go see them!!
These people are a great place for console repairs! Services are priced competitively, staff is prompt and responsive, and they do a great job. I brought in a PS4 Pro (very difficult to work with) with a difficult issue and they kept me updated and worked on it completely until it was finished and fully repaired. They were very patient with my inquiries and were pleasant to interact with. In the future i will bring any consoles/phones/devices here again for repairs!
