We out of mop vaccine in for repairs 3 months ago we purchased extended warranty when we handed it in for repairs we were told the outcome would be repair replacement or refund we were never told it may not be repaired after three weeks when we were ment to be contacted we still were not we contacted them for them to tell us that it would not be fixed or repaired or refunded we were accused of dropping it which we have not they said that we could get a staff discount on another vaccine but we had already spent 2k on this vaccume plus another almost 500 for the highest warranty with promise of things being replaced if broken we had waited two months with no contact waiting for our machine back I contacted them they were dismissive telling me oh yeah it’s been here for a while you can come pick it up again no communication
How ridiculous is it when you buy a $1000 product from the store( a washing machine) and then you have to beg the sales person multiple times to show you the product you purchased.
How ridiculous is it to pay for installation fee and Good Guys team dumps your washing machine at your home without installing it even after multiple requests . I hired a private technician ASAP in desperation to install the new washing machine after hours where GOODGUYS said ‘cannot slip it in as the washing machine is too big for the space’ . He fixed it in 10 minutes.
What kind of ridiculous service are we paying for in Goodguys. I am proceeding with an ACCC complaint as I have never seen such a substandard service and other customers should not go through what I have been through.

I came into the belconnen store. The gentleman that served us was very professional. Went downstairs to pay for large item and the lady threw our receipt across the bench at us. I did speak to the Manager. I was going to come back and buy a washing machine buy won’t be back. That same lady treated my parents appalling too. If you want more sales please take note of this review as I was absolutely disgusted how we were treated. Hope customer service improves.
