Today I went to The Good Guys Morayfield with the intention of buying a Robot vaccum cleaner. When I walked in I spotted only one customer near the entrance, on her phone. I spotted where the vaccum cleaners were so made my way over to them. There was a male worker about 3 aisles away fiddling with stock. As I got closer there were two male workers in the aisle next to the one where I found the Robo vacs. (I could hear them talking, and it was not about work). Stood there looking at these vaccum cleaners for about 10 minutes and decided no one was going to come and see if I wanted a hand. As I walked towards the door a group of 5 staff were standing there having some sort of discussion. No eye contact from any of them. I reached the front counter where 3 female staff were, once again – no eye contact from any of them. I think I was invisible. I walked out of the store. This was not the first time this happened but it definitely will be the last. I will never set foot in this store again. Shocking service. There is none. I only pushed one star because there is no lower option. You don’t deserve that.

Fact – last time I will spend 1cent in this store. You’ve totally lost a loyal customer. I purchased two TV’s & 3 year extended warranty. One tele needed to be repaired. The Not So Good Guys sent tele off to their service people. Last Wednesday, this mob sent a text with a reference number to me saying they’d contact me within 24 hrs. Their manager tells me I need to contact the repairer. The repairer says they can’t talk to me, as tele was purchased for my dear elderly friends. The repaier are Squaretrade, who The Not So Good guys describe as their Partner. Jo from Squaretrade gave me an undertaking at 11:30am today to call the Manager at The Not So Good. Didn’t bother her incompetent, pathetic self to follow through on her commitment . Then took offense at 4:55pm when I rang back to check her pathetic progress. What a complete waste of time. Meanwhile, my friends aged 88 & 93 are still without their tele. Not good.

My old Black and Decker Dustbuster broke after it was used many times over the last 6 years. Because I was happy with the product I didn’t hesitate to buy a replacement Black and Decker dust buster. Unfortunately this is one instance where the old design was far superior to the new model. I was surprised to find no charging base, surely everybody would prefer a charging base as typically you use the Dustbuster for a few minutes then pop it back on the charging base. Also the old Dustbuster was much easier to empty than the new model which I found to be difficult to click back together. The charging cable is very thin and fiddly to push in as it will only fit one way, I doubt it can last.
Very disappointed.
