I wish I had read the reviews before going here. I took my phone in for a broken screen, then they said my battery needs to be changed so they changed the battery as well. I paid over $500 for my screen to be fixed and battery to be changed, they said I had 6 months warranty on the battery. I got the phone back with the battery dying out every 2 hours & my wifi option not working. When I took it back they kept saying we had to wait for the person who was dealing with my phone to come into work then they changed my battery once with the warranty service they offered & every time I went in they palmed me off, making up excuses. I just got sick of their excuses & never went back. They are just a bunch of scammers, DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED & your phone will be more broken than when you initially took it in.

The Mobile Company team in Mt Druitt are honestly has the worst service ever . I bought a Samsung screen protector that cost over $60 and after 1 week it lifted. When I went to them and explain my issues the worker and after a long argument with the technician/worker, who may I add didn’t seem to get or even care what I was complaining about, turned me away in very rude manners and very disrespectful. Paying for something that expensive and guaranteed you best product is a lie and their prices is unreasonable for their poor product quality. I will never go there again. Very bad and poor customer service.

Worst service. The first time they repaired my phone they ruined my tap sensor( still not working) Also they took a month to repair it(I think it was a mother board issue) but the tap sensor is still not working after that(which was ruined by them). And then the issue they fixed happened again and now it’s been more than a month but no response. Idk what is happening. I would like to rate this a zero honestly. 0 customer satisfaction. Only went there because of their sales man (who was very nice) but not happy with what the head office team did
