My experience today was incredible. I got there before open and there was a line of probably 5-6 people already. Once they opened to doors, everyone’s issue was processed promptly. Once I got my phone handed over, I asked if it were possible to connect my laptop to the Wi-fi so I could continue to work. Without hesitation, the manager asked me to bring my computer in and he signed me on to their wi-fi. I got back in my truck and opened my laptop and the younger gentleman came outside and asked me to roll my window down. He said “I noticed you were the only one waiting out of the bunch from opening and I wanted to get yours back as soon as possible.” This was at 10:24. I was there for less than 30 minutes and the both members of the crew went above and beyond to ensure I had little downtime and a great experience. Both of these men deserve the highest recognition as the company has gained a loyal customer!

In a word; they suck! all around. Their customer service, business etiquette and due diligence failed to meet the basic requirements of customer interaction. So much so, when I questioned why it took four days to tell me that they could not fix my problem; they told me they were busy. When I
questioned that, they hung up on me. That upset me so I immediately retrieved my equipment and to add insult to injury, one of the techs sarcastically told me to have a nice day when I was leaving. That burned. I will never use this company again and don’t recommend them to anyone.

They weren’t able to fix the device. And Google’s warranty service wants me to cover the cost of a replacement device with a credit card until they receive my defective one. I don’t have that much on a credit card. So I’m stuck with a defective phone.
