DO NOT GO HERE!!!! My partner went here to replace the glass on the back of his iphone 12 pro and one of the workers, I believe his name was Ken Chan, stole and replaced parts of his iphone. The phone will now not turn on. Upon taking it to apple they have stated ‘certain parts are missing’ and they cannot ‘verify the battery or logic board’. They have also stated that is appears the ‘enclosure was replaced and not genuine’. We are now in the process of following this up with the ACCC.
Thank you Dominic for fast replacement of broken screen on less-common mobile phone (under 24hr turnaround!). Not just great repair job but also really good patient advice on preventing future mishaps, and recommendations for various accessories to improve my phone usability. Count me as a loyal customer. You guys are great.
