Overall a terrible experience, My mac book pro broke september last year they held on it for 9 months and never called me once to let me know what was going on, i was calling them once a week for any information and the story would change every time, they eventually said the laptop was fixable and promised a repair but after radio silence for 2-3 weeks (and this happened consistently) i called and they had no idea what i was on about and that “the guy” had been very busy and “this kind of repair takes a while” despite holding onto it for 9 confusing months. i should have trusted my gut and gotten it back straight away to take it to a trustworthy place, thanks for nothing fellas

We had a problem with our computer, contacted a well known computer repairers advertised on TV which would have been $200 callout plus more for the service. We went to Techbay where diagnosing the problem is free, report given and then serviced. Our problem was minor, rectified immediately and and we were not charged. We offered to pay, but was refused. Ethical, honest and prompt. Thankyou

We had a column of keystrokes not working, while others pushed for an expensive keyboard replacement without even checking or wanted to charge $100+ for just checking with no guarantee, Adam checked the laptop, found a fault (misalignment) and fixed it for a fraction of replacement cost. Thank you!
