My twelve year old imac screen had gone and there where other issues so i thought i was going to need a new one. I was offered a second hand imac and i am glad i did as it runs beautifully. The service was prompt and very friendly and all of the data transfer was spot on. The technician was very profesional and easy to chat with. I had to call back for advise on a few little setups and it was sorted easily and was no problem as they are very helpfull and i would recommend Talk to the Mac to anyone.

I brought my mac to get fixed a minor screen issue. They charged me 90$ to have a look on it and I got it back the day after with the same issue on the screen. Instead of offering me any solution, they told me to put a new screen for the price of a new mac basically. I asked for a refund after not having anything fixed, and they told me “there’s no way I could get my money back”. Such a bad costumer service, wouldn’t recommend this place at all.

The owner is a very knowledgeable gentleman with wonderful customer service. He takes pride in his business and so to does the other technician working for him. Numerous times we have requested services from them and they have been prompt and professional. My husband and I recently bought a re conditioned IMac from them and they even let us borrow a keyboard for a few weeks until we bought another one. Thank you so much for your kindness.
