AVOID THESE GRUBS LIKE COVID-19!!!! These parasites are affectively running a scam!

Over the weekend I stopped in to get a rough price estimation for a Power Supply Unit diagnostic and replacement, should it need one; the cattle tick behind the counter then proceeded to use an awful medical related analogy to compare the situations in a pathetic attempt to trick me into the little scam they operate.

The Cattle Tick basically quoted a $100+ diagnostic to identify any potential issues, in other words over $100 just to tell me something I already know. Then any new parts and labour to address my pc issue would be additional costs on top of the $100 diagnostic.

With brick and mortar stores dropping like flies these days, I find it very surprising a customer service operation would still be operating in this deceiving matter. Here’s hoping these flies are next to fall to the ground!

I have dealt with Pete and his excellent team for years and cannot recommend them highly enough. If they say they’ll call you back – they actually DO! How rare is that these days?! If they don’t know the answer, they’ll find out or tell you where else might be able help – rather than BS you! Again, pretty rare these days! GREAT job guys – keep up the fabulous work 🙂

Massive thankyou to the staff tonight. I damaged my phone screen and was unable to transfer my data over to my new phone (and stupidly didn’t have it backed up to anything) Warwick immediately and confidently had it sorted and clearly explained everthing that he was doing. Managed to transfer all data to the new phone. Absolute lifesaver!!
