Shocked to write a review not just on poor product but worst customer service ever.
I got my iPhone screen protector for $80 and I was promised it’s the best technology. With a very small drop , the front screen cracked and protector did nothing. I understand screen protectors do not work all the time but I swear a cheap $10 Kmart screen protector worked wonders for me than this absolute useless $80 protector.
However that was not the worst part . When I went back to the store to inform them , the man who actually sold me the product , almost harassed me and my wife out of the store. He was extremely rude and threw attitude like we did something wrong coming in and complaining.
All we wanted was to go back and tell
Them that that silicone protector was not working. As a retail store , when a customer is saying he was sold a wrong product , we expect an apology or utleast explain to us with some kindness what has gone wrong. We don’t need further discounts or anything but at the same time , pushing us out of the store through sheer rudeness was appalling!
The team there could be seen mocking and laughing at us after we left fromStore. Never experienced bullying from a retail store to its customer. Pls do not visit or buy anything from this shop.

Great family owned business that focused on not just service, but more importantly a personal customer relationship. Funny guys to banter with from Manager and support staff.
I walked in just needing a favour from them to charge my phone for me, and walked out after asking them to replace my phone cover and cracked phone back, not because the tried to upsell or push, but because they were genuine human beings that cared for people, customers or not.
Keep it up, guys!!!
