I purchased a refurbished the lap top from this seller in April 2021. After one month of purchase, I found this laptop had no Bluetooth device. The audio had cracking sound. I made am inquire to the seller. No reply. After eight months of purchase, In Dec 2021, the laptop started shutting down on itself. The bottom of the lap top was extremely hot because of the battery was heating up. I concerned if the laptop was going to explode. I made am inquire to the seller. No reply. In Jan 2022, the laptop broke down. It was totally dead, cannot start anymore. I texted, called, emailed the seller. The seller eventually replied saying “the lap top comes with 30 days warranty”. And refused to refund. I was aware the laptop was refurbished, but it broke down in eight months of purchase is totally unacceptable. The seller refused any warranty repair nor refund. I brought the issue to NSW Fair Trading. It turned out, the seller actully lied to me of
one month of warranty, because he told Fair Trading the laptop had three months warranty. NSW Fair Trading advised him no matter one months or three months of warranty, I, as the consumer, were protected by Australian Consumer Act. The laptop was obviously faulty. The seller should refund me. However, the seller refused to refund even after NSW Fair Trading told him he should. I ended up suing him in the NSW Tribunal.

This seller is nasty, irresponsible and fraudulent. Do not buy computer product from him. He sells you rubbish and makes unlawful profit from you. He is a liar!
Kids needed new laptops for school. Couldn’t find the last place I had brought refurbished as they had been great but after 2 years of dropping, hanging by the cnr then loosing chargers thought I would just buy 2nd hand again.
Would never use this company again. The laptops sit under the coffee table. Took a month to get because of COVID then noted both where older models than advertised, one tablet makes a buzzing noise and another has flickering on the screen. So the kids have no laptops for school even though it’s compulsory.
To send it off and pay for postage and handling then to wait another few months to resend due to COVID just a waste of more money and time.

Would not recommend getting your phone fixed here. I took my google pixel to get a new screen replaced.
Everything was working on it, it just had a smashed screen.
I’ve now got a fixed screen but I can’t used my fingerprint scanner any more, as something hasn’t been put on correctly or quite possibly hasn’t used a genuine google screen.
He charged me 330 to replace it and would only refund 50 of that. When now my phone is not working to its full potentional. He takes a long time to respond to you when there is an issue. And couldn’t even be there when I picked up to tell me why he couldn’t fix it.
