I went back to return the (5) and sell to him and collect my (7) and he tells me he no longer wanted to buy it as he had one in stock and I owed him for the new screen.
I said I never asked for the screen to be replaced and actually had a line of people eager to buy it I had turned away because I live 1 minute from Stocklands so had ended up there. In any face I WAS NOT PAYING TO REPLACE A SCREEN ON A PHONE I NEVER AUTHOURISED TO BE REPLACED OR WANTED.
Now this afternoon after he agreed to put my old cracked screen back and just call the deal off I arrive and his equally rude minion tried to say I broke their screen on the (5) anyway. I DID NOT. It was in a case and so perhaps they did or I actually could not even see a crack and was there with my 12 month old baby so was not in a position to really argue with him. The picture is my phone and the condition they have just given it back to me. BEYOND ABSOLUTELY USELESS AND FRANKLY THEY HAVE STOLEN A SCREEN AND THIS PHONE IS FOR THE BIN. He is a common thief and I will be reporting this to the Ombudsman 100%. DODGY, STANDOVER, THIEVES

PLEASE. YOUR RESPONSE IS AS RUDE AS YOUR POOR BUSINESS ETHIC AND CUSTOMER SERVICE. YOU ALSO ACTUALLY HAD THE IPHONE 5 BACK IN YOUR POSESSION FOR AT LEAST A FORTNIGHT TOO. I EVEN CAME IN ONCE BEFORE TO COLLECT AND YOU NEVER MENTIONED THE CRACKED SCREEN? IT WAS NOT UNTIL YESTERDAY THAT WAS EVEN MENTIONED. IF IT WAS IM SURE YOU WOULD HAVE SAID THAT ON THE OCCASION PREVIOUSLY? PERHAPS YOU NEED TO CHECK WITH YOUR STAFF OR EVEN YOU AS YOU LIED ABOUT ME THROWING IT DOWN AT SOME POINT EVER IN MY DEALINGS WITH YOU. EVERY TIME I HAVE COME TO YOUR STALL I HAVE HAD MY 12 MONTH OLD BABY WITH ME. NOT ONCE UNTIL YESTERDAY WAS THERE ANYTHING BUT COURTEOUS DEALINGS BETWEEN US AND I CERTAINLY HAVE NEVER THROWN SOMETHING AT YOU. HOWEVER YOU HAD NO PROBLEMS DISGUSTINGLY CLAIMING I HAD YESTERDAY. ACTUALLY JUST LIKE ONE TIME WHERE IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS YOU CLAIMED YOU!!?? HAD BEEN DOING ME A FAVOR? WHEN AS I SAID YESTERDAY THE ONLY REASON I HAD EVER EVEN COME TO YOUR stall WAS BECAUSE YOU ANSWERED MY AD ON GUMTREE TO BUY. BUT YOU LIED IN FRONT OF YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT DAY AND BELITTLED ME THEN. LYING SEEMS TO BE A CULTURE IN YOUR stall AND AGAIN ANYONE READING THIS DOCTOR GADGET IS THE WORST PHONE REPAIR, ACTUALLY BUSINESS OPERATING I HAVE HAD DEALINGS WITH IF NOT EVER DEFINITELY IN AS LONG AS I CAN REMEMBER. MY IPHONE HAD A SCREEN (IRRELEVANT IF BROKEN) AND A BATTERY AND WAS SEALD AND TOGETHER.
NOT THIS 1/2 PHONE IN PIECES YOU HAVE RETURNED IT TO ME LIKE.
SORRY MATE. I AM REPORTING YOU TO THE OMBUDSMAN AS I SAID.
The end I’m sick of been telling me my phone gonna be fixed soon, so I went back to pick up my phone, and he said he tried to fix but the phone doesn’t turn on still, you can take it back!
I’m really angry with them its because if you need more time to fix you can let me know, I can understand, but DO NOT keep telling your customers that your phone will be done in a couple of days if it’s NOT!!!
eventually, my phone has not been fixed.
And I got my phone is opened without the screws? So I have to go back again to get it!!!!!
Replying to owners reply. Think you are missing the point. Its not about getting a refund making things better. Its about letting people know what I experienced, time and other money I wasted due to poor quality workmanship/QA. If as you stated, new employees and processes are being used, then hopefully I will have helped some people not have the same issues as I did, in the future. For me, this is greater compensation.
