Ali is much more than a wonderful business man! He’s a family man with a wonderful wife and children whom he often talks about when we go in to the shop. For me it’s beautiful to talk about real life events rather than just technology and a financial exchange. I always leave IT SUPER STORE feeling 10 times better than when I went in and full disclosure I am not a technology person!

Ali is a community man with a burning desire to help. Ali came here from another country like myself and like a lot of people in Australia. So he has an abundance of gratitude for Australia and has given back to Australia and the bexley community tenfold. He knows what tough times are like such as in 2020 and has helped others though their tough times by genuinely supporting them in making the best decisions in regards their technology purchases or repairs. He goes above and beyond and always insures the best deals! He has often given a free thing away to some elderly people or given it to them for far less when he sees the look on their face when they read the price. Honesty it warms my heart and I hope and pray that Ali receives back all he has given out tenfold.

I visited this place, and they exceeded my expectations with their service. Their attitude was very friendly, and the price was quite reasonable. They fixed my Mac Pro laptop problem at a fair price, unlike many other shops that charge more. Initially, they took two days to diagnose the problem and then informed me of the cost, which was quite reasonable. I also visited the Apple Store, and they quoted me higher charges. In comparison, getting my laptop fixed here was much more beneficial. I highly appreciate their professionalism and the excellent service they provided. It was a truly satisfying experience, and I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing reliable and affordable tech repair services.

Went back multiple times bought a pc with hard drive issues, didn’t want to rip me off so there was some trial and error before replacing but he wasn’t trying to upsell any items genuinely wanted to help sought the issue out.
