Mark upgraded my old slow PC with a new one that was so much faster and priced cheaper than the branded products from JB & Harvey etc. He seamlessly transferred all my old PC files to the new one so it operated just the old one. A couple of times I have contacted him to ask a few things and he was so efficient in getting back to me and even popped by my house for free to check my query out.
