Narendra was quick to respond to my cry for help, arriving on time and getting down to business straight away. The fix required a very long download (hours) so he left with very clear instructions on what to do when it finished and then rang later to check that all was working, this saving me a great deal of money. Very reasonable prices and I highly recommend.
Great service and so reasonably priced whether its on site or remote service. It’s difficult to find IT support for a small business/home office that doesn’t cost the earth.
