Dropped off a laptop for repair, had to follow up multiple times to find out what was happening with the repair. In the end, the repair took more than 4 months – repair itself looks fine however it was very difficult to determine what was happening and what the next steps were going to be. In the end, given the time for the repair I ended up purchasing a new laptop and this one will become a backup laptop. A little disappointed in the outcome and communication with this company.

Antonio and his team went above and beyond my expectations. Cheap price and completed my repairs extremely quickly, far quicker than expected. They were even able to source a laptop part locally to speed up my repair which I really appreciated. They kept me well informed throughout the whole process and showed great customer service. Furthermore, they offered 6 month warranty for me on the repair. Thank you so much!! 5 stars.
