Last week, I bought a pair of Beats Studio Pros. After setting them up at home, I started enjoying some music. However, just two days later, while working out–only an hour and a half into my session–the headphones started crackling intensely. The following day, the audio quality deteriorated significantly. I returned to the store hoping to exchange them, but they couldn’t find any issues during the hour and a half I mentioned the problems were happening. They suggested I take the headphones to Apple instead.
Then today I saw a copy of a video game that I have been looking for. I took it to the counter, then the lady who served me came back looking dump saying that they sold out. I then asked why it on the floor is if its sold out. She then repeated what she said.
Very unhappy with the service what have received over this last week.
The team were brilliant, not only did they set the phone up for us, they showed us how to transfer the data etc over onto the new phone. Nobody else had been able to do this even at the phone stores.
We thank the team at JB Hifi for their assistance and will continue to shop there.
