Aidan and Ben saved the day! After a well-known Anti-virus software company locked me out of my computer (they took remote control of my computer to try and fix an issue that the software was causing and then because the team member clearly couldn’t fix it, they simply pressed ‘Restart’ and disappeared, leaving me stranded with my computer in Safe Mode). From the moment I spoke to Aidan on the phone to explain my issue, he took all my cares away. His wonderful ‘can do’ attitude, was so refreshing and by the time I got to the store, I knew that I’d made the right choice. This is a wonderful family-owned business and it’s a credit to Ben and Aidan. Great service, they deliver what they promise and do it all with a smile. Can’t recommend them enough. My husband Nelson (aged 84 going on 85) and I (recently 75) have been going to Ben at Repair IT for about 14 years. I think we were two of his earliest customers when we used to live in the Chittering Valley.
