My laptop had a meltdown and would not startup windows. Using another PC I also found that the file backup to OneDrive had not sync’d for some time. I was so distraught as the files and information were critical to the continuity of my business and many many other important matters.
Daniel came to the rescue within a short time of opening the back of the PC, examining and testing. He wisely recommended a new battery as the exiting one was corroding badly. Everything is now restored to normal with no loss of data. His charges were incredibly reasonable. I can’t thank him enough for saving me from what was looking like a disaster. To me it was like Daniel performed magic but he was very humble in saying it was just his technical knowledge. Daniel is very honest, fair with pricing and exceptionally knowledgeable. I highly recommend him.

Incredibly honest service! I give my laptop to Daniel to change the keyboard that had problems. He gave me two options: one price and in 4 days and another price (lower) and 3 weeks (he had to order it from abroad). I decided on the 4 day one. It arrived on time but the supplier did not send the exact model he had ordered. It worked but Daniel was not satisfied, so he gave me the option of keeping that one while he reordered the one that was due to arrive in 3 weeks. Today the new keyboard arrived, he sent me a message as soon as he received it and he installed it in less than 10 minutes. Everything worked perfectly and he refunded me the $25 difference. I was very happy and grateful for their service and honesty. 100% recommended.

Solving all the problems I have brought here alone is worth 5 stars.
But when part needed to be ordered, or fixes weren’t certain, he made sure I have temporary fixes to hold me over.
I also appreciated Daniel answering my questions about how things worked.
