March 2023 – Owen was absolutely fantastic, our laptop hinge was badly broken, we had exposed wires and also startup issues. We didn’t think it could be repaired but decided to give Owen a go, due to the other great reviews. Owen was completely professional, honest, reliable and very reasonably priced. He answered all our questions and managed to fix all our issues including re-linking the laptop to both our printers. We will be using him again and recommend him to anyone with computer problems.

August 2023 – Our computer was slowing down so we spoke to Owen and he recommended we replace the old slow HDD with a SSD. We went ahead with this but we were worried that we would need to reload all our programs, but Owen cloned everything except out personal files and data (which we backed up ourselves). He completed the job again in a very professional and timely manner and it now works super fast. We wish we did it years ago. Thanks Owen for a fantastic job again. Highly recommend Owen to anyone.
