Horrible….. Horrible communication and customer service! Dropped my laptop in the morning to get it look at for a cracked screen. The staff stated that he will call me in half an hour to an hour because he needs to check with his supplier. Fair enough. After 1.5hrs I still haven’t received any call so I called the store to ask. The same guy picked up the phone, put me on hold and said they’re still searching, will call me back in 5-10 minutes. Guess what? Of course he never got back to me! I waited for nearly another hour for the call and still nada! So went to the store and still no news yet, still checking with the supplier. Finally get a phone call after I left the store just to be told that they don’t have the screen in Australia, I have to wait 1-2 weeks for it. Can’t be bothered, I just picked up my laptop and left! I completely understand the situation and actually not so fuss about the outcome of the part but obviously AMT DOES NOT value their customer enough! Very unprofessional, not even saying sorry for the horrible communication when I picked up my laptop. Wasted my whole morning in limbo. Ended up taking my laptop to another store that values their customer more than this one. I didn’t even mention my experience with AMT at the other store, kept my mouth shut because I want to see and compare how they work, the other store is so so much better, kept their words by updating me the situation and gave me options to help my situation.

Terrible service and feel like a cash grab, I arrived telling them that my ssd failed and need solutions, only to be told they have to take it in and assess it themselves, 2 hrs later they charged me 70 bucks to say my ssd has failed and an additional 50 to change the ssd that i provided them, when its done the issue i said was not solved as the laptop was bitlocked, they somehow lost 3 screws from the backplate of my zephyrus m16. For the love of god don’t go here

Really great service. I left my laptop in over night to have the hinge fixed. They quoted a much lower price than other shops since they were able to fix and reinstall the hinge rather than replace multiple parts. The laptop is touch screen and convertible so an extra delicate job had to be done. They were friendly and really knew what they were talking about. Delighted with how everything turned out, it’s as good as new!
