Great sales experience by Ross at Taree Bing Lee when buying my new TV but the after sales / delivery experience is woeful. As I live on my own and don’t have anyone close by to help lift and set the TV into place I expressed I needed the TV to be setup on my TV cabinet on delivery. I was assured this could be done. On arrival the delivery guys were adamant they were not allowed to do this and reluctant to remove the existing TV which I insisted they do as agreed with Ross. To ensure a better sales experience it would be best for Bing Lee sake to provide just this basic set up service for older people who are on their own or be a bit more upfront when buying products of this nature. At the moment I’m not feeling very happy with the overall service. Ross would get 5 stars but the overall experience warrants only 3 at best.

Another example of Bing Lee egregious customer Service.
I placed a ‘1-Hr Click-n-Collect’ order online yesterday at lunchtime. Still waiting the following day, I contacted the Customer Support Team who were totally unhelpful and overtly obstructive in resolving the issue. They stated that I need to contact the store and resolve the matter; so what does the customer support team do???So I’ve had to initiate a claim through PayPal because Bing Lee Taree are unable to fulfil their companies commitment or simply don’t have the stock the are supposed to, and Bing Lee customer support team couldn’t care less.THIS IS THE LAST TIME I MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM BING LEE OR THEIR TAREE STORE!!!!

Nice displays but if you say “just looking” you then get ignored when you do come across something of interest.

We’ve seen this over a few visits and this last one there was a member of staff right in front of me that couldn’t break away from their sales pitch to their customers for 5 seconds to call someone else over.

Sorry Bing Lee it looks like we will travel to Port Macquarie to talk to JB HiFi about our future projects and purchases when your staff snub anyone who’s looking for solutions.

I can’t give you a 1 star as the staff did at least say hello and spent half a moment listening but I think you frankly deserve at best a 2.
