Went in on Friday (10/05/2024) to get a custom rig made. The gentleman who served me could not have been more helpful, he walked me through everything to build me the very best PC for my budget. I paid and it was built and ready to collect in just under 3 hours. Amazing customer service. The PC itself is perfect, it was plug and play with all drivers installed and ready to go. The parts are also high quality, brand name components, no random unbranded junk. I cannot thank you guys enough, it’s running amazing smooth, quietly and thermals are perfect. 10/10 will recommend to everyone! Thanks, hope to do business with you again soon

Amazing store and service.
As a uni student who has the majority of their content online, having a Pc break down is stressful enough, finding a store that works with your budget and time constraints even more so. Most places require you to wait days, sometimes even weeks to receive parts online or in person (especially over the weekend), Ethan helped me get everything sorted within a few short hours (even whilst working on a tighter budget and last minute). Friendly and genuine customer service.
Definitely my recommendation for anyone needing anything Pc.

Today I went there with my friend to ask one of the stuff about a simple question and just a quick check up. The staff is very rude and talks to us like we are idiots. He seems to be more interested in talking to my friend, who’s a guy, than me, who’s a woman, even though the PC that I want to get checked is mine. I will never recommend this place for any computer repairs. I would rather go somewhere more expensive that treats customers like humans than this place that treats customers like garbage. It’s the first time there, and it will be the last.
