I went in to Casphone Earlville to see if they could fix my iPhone 11 which was having issues. I paid $70 for them to run diagnostics and figure out the problem. They offered to have this done within 1 hour which is fantastic turnaround time.
Unfortunately my phone had a bigger issue than expected so I elected not to proceed with further tests/repairs, but the team were efficient, knowledgeable and very helpful. Thank you Teinia and the team at Casphone Earlville. I highly recommend this store for any phone repairs!

Recently I went to the shop at Stockland Mall Cairns to replace my phone battery and a young man (Lars!!) checked my phone and found the fault was not with the battery but the operator (me). Gave me some tips, replaced the cracked protective screen and told me to see how I went and return if there was a problem. I was so impressed by the service, anyone else would have sold me a battery that I didnt need. Thanks very much to the boys at Stockland Cairns.

I bought a phone cover for my phone which was of decent quality. I was at Stockland Earlville and one phone shop had nothing suitable and the other one in the food court was super busy with long wait times. The server was nice, friendly, and efficient. My receipt showed a charge for using a credit card and later on I found similar covers available cheaper elsewhere.
