Extremely disappointing. Firstly I paid a deposit for my front screen and backing to be fix and was told it would take 3 business days to get there. It wasn’t t until I rang a week later after ringing several time and emailing that I was informed the order had been cancelled and they had to reorder my screen which is fine these things happen but there was no communication on their behalf to me at all. Fast forward 2 weeks later I since taken me phone to be repaired the only problem with the phone was the cracked screen, I get it back the screen is fixed great BUT the sim card is not reading on my phone. I noticed this straight away and went back and the staff member was trying to tell me its my sim card and not at all his doing but this was not a problem at all before I had been using the phone to call & text all that morning prior. I then went into Telstra to make sure it wasn’t the sim card and there is nothing wrong with my simcard at all it is the phone. They will not take responsibility at all even though they were the last ones to have the phone before it had this problem.

Service was good however the screens used are of very poor quality and now the picture quality on my phone is dark and grainy…. I would not recommend getting my screen fixed here. I was also charged 170$ for an iphone 8 screen replacement which i knew was expensive but there was no where else to go.

Update: the day after i got my phone screen fixed here i got a phone call and realised my speaker wasn’t working i couldn’t hear anything, ive since taken my phone to another repairer to get a better quality screen and they have shown me that these guys have actually scratched and damaged my speaker when they tried to fix my phone. I would go and get my money back but i live 2 hours away.

Put iphone in for a new battery and they broke the screen. They phoned to say it would be an extra $400 for a new one so we said no, we would pick it up. When we went to get it, we were told it had been sent to head office for the repair. We phoned head office who said the screen would be repaired at no extra cost. A week later, went to pick the phone up to find it still had the cracked screen and was told no, the screen would have been an extra charge. The girl at Nerang was nice enough, the professional service terrible.
