Spend around $4000 to buy two pc, one of them assembled and working fine, and other one faulty motherboard “over current detected on usb error”, it took more than 3 weeks for the repair guy to say pin was damaged and not covered under warranty. Pin could have broken easily during this three week time while testing, instead repair guy was blaming me and made me paid extra $110. Most of the time he was on leave I need to visit store 7 times due to him. Terrible customer service from the repair guy. Never again going to buy anything from centrecom. After sale support is very very worst, no value for ” customer time”. This is the kind of treatment Customer get from your staff.

Update 12/8/24:
Got replacement motherboard, as the manufacturer find out the product was faulty, so got a replacement motherboard, overall ok but not so happy, wasted another 3 weeks to get things sorted.

This centercom store is my local and its extremely convenient for people needing electronic parts or accessories in a hurry. Store layout has been modified in recent years and its expansive and open, lots of great products on display.

They also offer a repair service for all devices alike, which seemed to be a in demand feature of the store. Staff are friendly and are always available to offer advice to know less tech savvy customers. You pay a little premium compared to other online stores however I feel it’s justified for the bricks and mortal experience. Well done guys.
