Hired Rigo based on reviews here. Unfortunately my experience was not a positive one. Paid Rigo $795 for repairs to my desktop which lasted less than two months. I should have gone with my gut instinct to just buy new machine but Rigo assured me I could get a few more years out of existing pc. Sent him email recently to express my disappointment thinking there may be some form of warranty but never heard back from it. Based on my experience I cannot recommend his services.
Response to feedback: Rigo, it seems you missed the part of my email that mentioned I have been getting by with my laptop. It has taken me 5 months to let you know your repairs failed because I chose not to complain but shopping around for a new desktop last week kinda made my blood boil realising I wasted $795 that should have gone towards a new computer. I’m not an expert but you should have known better.

I cannot begin to express the gratitude and appreciation I feel towards Rigo for extracting valuable data from an old portable hard drive and saving to a new SSD. It had all our family memories and wedding pictures and most importantly my eldest daughter’s photos for the first 6 years of her life which I had thought we had lost all together. She’s now nearly 16 and I wanted to make her a photo book and Rigo has now made this possible. Thank you Rigo.
His prices are reasonable and he is upfront about all costs. He is lovely to chat to 🙂

Major dramas with my P.C wouldn’t get past post screen. Called Rigo dropped it off same day and was repaired, updated and even fixed some other things wrong with installed components a few days later. Will recommend to family and friends.
