Got a keyboard replacement from Dapinder. His communication was okay, doesn’t reply to texts often but responsive for calls.
He didn’t keep up with promises he made so ended up getting the laptop back almost a week later than expected.
And for the quality of the keyboard replacement, the new keyboard isn’t level with the frame anymore, with some keys sunken in. I wasn’t informed of this risk, and only found out about the issue after using it at home.
Very professional and reasonably priced service. I tried a number of other services first that said my pc was beyond repair. Unlike everyone else Dapinder was willing to give it a go and to my delight was able to fix it. I’m so glad I gave him a call, otherwise I would have had to spend a lot more to buy a new computer.
Dapinder helped me to replace my corrupted hard drive, given some sound advice. Price is reasonable, turnaround time can be better as I have waited a few days to replace a hard drive. Only issue is still waiting for my receipt after sending few reminders, with no response, still thus the lower rating.
