Would give a 0 star, however, the worker before John, David, was really helpful which was the reason I went back to the store. I had an issue with my PS4, where the HDMI port was a bit damaged, needing fixing. I went to this store, with previous good experience however, I met this new guy John, who makes me sign some bloody contract, saying I need to pay like some money, just so he will actually try to look at the issues with the PS4. He said he would call 1 day later, which ended up with no call until 2 days later, with him saying that there is a motherboard issue. I didn’t understand, so when I went there, I saw him getting yelled at by a man, calling him a scammer. He then started giving excuses, saying there’s a motherboard issue, however he couldn’t tell what the problem was. He then started making up issues with there being dust, which mind you, I had already cleaned out, knowing that the only issue was with the HDMI port. It then got into a heated conversation between me and him, where he then made excuses like “oh well, I could try to fix the HDMI port now” and then he made one of the most absurd prices of $195. I’ve seen people on youtube do this under 30 minutes, so I told him I will take him to court and said how I’ll make sure no one else gets scammed by him. He then lowered the price of the fixing to $60 however it was no use as I didn’t trust him. If he starts yelling at you, the best thing to do is yell back and threaten to take him to court/call the police and report him for the General Law of Deception/fraud. I went to this place with good past experience, however I won’t ever come to this place again. And for the LOVE OF GOD, please don’t ever come here for any issues, go to a proper repair shop with good reviews, or just get a new device.

This guy is the biggest scam artist of all time. He has some contract that he forces you to sign and in the middle of all the small script is a part that says you must pay $70 for just checking the problem. I have attached the contract he forces you to sign. Look at small number 7 of the contract and you can see the fee! You’ve been warned. He will never mention the cost or anything while talking. then when you go back and say okay I don’t want to pay to fix whatever problem it is he freaks out and starts screaming that you have to pay $70 or you won’t get your product back. He will just show up with your broken item instead of giving it back whole. He threatens to call the police. He is an awful, human being. He has done this to numerous people. Read the negative reviews and you can see that he is an awful person who doesn’t care about customer service. It’s extremely stressful. Especially if you don’t speak English fluently it is extremely easy to get scammed here. Please make sure to avoid this place. This place must be shut down. It’s incredible how terrible he is. Be warned even the police can’t fix this. We called the police and they came and just said that they have had this complaint 30 times and can’t do anything. Have to file a civil claim and do it takes weeks or months. Most people just end up paying. They said it’s sad but they can’t do anything. Don’t fall into this trap. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

I had a simple issue: my MacBook Pro was not charging. I took the computer and charger to the store for repair. I asked if they repaired Apple products, and they said yes. I was charged $69 just to have my computer plugged into their charger. If I wanted a new charger, I was told I would need to pay extra. They offered me some Chinese aftermarket chargers that were obviously much smaller than the original one and had extra ports that I didn’t need. Upon checking, I found that their pricing was even more expensive than a genuine Apple charger.

I understand that businesses need to make money, but there needs to be some reasonableness. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service, calling it a rip-off to charge $69 just for plugging in my computer.

At this point, the employee began shouting and yelling at me. I left the store, but he followed me outside, shouting in the middle of the central market that I was a “liar” and even ran toward me. I felt insulted and left having lost $69.
