Very disappointed in their service. Dropped off my computer as the hard drive had died. I gave explicit instructions that if there was any issue with getting info off the hard drive that I just wanted one particular folder recovered. They charged me $66 for initial diagnosis. I waited 7 days without any word so rang them up myself – the guy on the phone said it was slow getting the info and I again stated that if there were any issues – I just wanted the one folder recovered. I also asked how much it was going to cost and he just said don’t worry it is charged just on hourly basis. Over 2 weeks later they said it was done. When I went to collect they had charged me another $405. I was not happy and the owner stated a couple of times that he did not believe me when I said I clearly stated if there were issues I only wanted the one folder copied. He said we did a lot of work so the price was fair. So would never recommend this place to anyone. They don’t listen and are slow to follow up and in my opinion overcharge if they can get away with it.

I have used Didgitechs services twice now. They have been extremely helpful and on the first occasion they were my heroes for recovering all my lost data from a corrupted drive, including all my Thesis data and write up. The second time they put my new computer together for when I didn’t have the time to do so myself. They even went the extra step or two and took my motherboard back to the place of purchase to for a bios flash and attempting to restore my windows OS and account on the new computer. A tad pricey in the, but hey, you pay for the time and effort they expend.

Never again, whatever you do, do not use them!

We were disgusted by the level of communication and professionalism we experienced at Digitech. We went in needing a key replacement which we supplied, when repaired, it fell off immediately. We took the laptop back and waited 5 days, leaving multiple messages asking someone to get back to us. We received a text message saying they couldn’t get in touch with a supplier and to please come and pick up the laptop. They then refused to give us a refund.
We paid $70 for nothing.
