After completing a full VPN scan, 2 emails with malicious threats in the attachments were detected. An option to delete was selected and “bingo’ all 7000+ highly tech emails back to 20 6/21 were deleted with no send/receive available, absolute devastation ! My 3 companies frozen, 5 of my computer friends /”geniuses”?=zero over 6 days.
My son referred Sian, I dropped off the computer at 9am and was advised at 1.00 pm to pick it up ????? stunned, ecstatic, the invoice was minor, I would have paid x10. Sian professionally declined and said a Google review would suffice.

Sian was so helpful and kind from the minute I walked in the door. My work is impossible without my computer and due to my profession its not easy to set up a new one or work from another temporarily – she didn’t even know this but she gave me all the information I needed to keep going until parts were received and the repair was done with minimal downtime due to her planning and communication. Even when she found some complications she kept me updated and did it in such a normal way, I really appreciated this as I’ve felt the inadequacy of not understanding enough from previous Tech help.
