Had my phone screen repaired awhile ago, and I’m pretty positive they did something to my original battery because now my battery on a brand new phone is very bad after replacing the screen here. I’m also having ghost touch issues and screen discoloration. If you have an 11 you will also get constant notifications that your phone screen isn’t Apple authentic. I’d recommend just swallowing your pride and get your repairs done at apple. Third parties are so shady.

Called in spoke to Al. He heard the distress in my voice, my phone was not working i was in desperate need of help. I explained to him that i was at work and someone would have to pay for the repairs over the phone and i was sending it by my sister he called me within like 15 mins of them leaving and said my phone was fixed… I love love love the costumer service and the professionalism. I will be back and send my friends to see Al he’s the best.
