Excellent service last week by the team at Geek Works. I had a warranty issue with my MacBook. Apple Carindale had been a bit difficult to deal with and additionally we’re going to have to send my laptop away for repair which would have taken 7 days. I called Geek Works Thursday afternoon, dropped my laptop off the same day and picked it up less than 24hrs later. Such quick service, especially considering they had to order the part from Sydney. Much better customer service experience than the Apple Store too. Thanks very much
If only 6 stars were possible. Very knowledgable, they provide great advice, and they look after customers. Taking Jeff’s advice, we have saved 2 +10 year old iMacs from scrapping and they are once again very useful machines. Saved me a fortune as I didn’t need to buy new ones. Thanks Geekworks!
I can not recommend this store enough. The service is always above and beyond. This is where I go for all apple repairs and services. They have helped me out a few times. No issue too small, you always feel like a valued customer. If you haven’t done so already, try this place out.
