Very shoddy company for techs tried to book me two jobs that were over 40 mins away from my work location. Even before if signed any contracts or had any idea how they operated. Also mentioned something about not being able to invoice for 6 months. Reported them to the covid compliance team and frankly refused to work for them ….. very very shady company id avoid them at all costs

this company is shady as heck. took a week to get contracts. in the mean time tried to get me to do 2 jobs uncontracted. their number comes up as spam. finally got contract signed and returned it. no confirmation. no info on how to complete jobs no info sent about anything. I refused to complete sign up process. left them a negative review. today at 230pm I get 4 calls in succession. no message left. last call left a message but no one spoke. rang up to be accused of being a liar. this company will be reported by me for shady business practices. I would not recommend anyone sign up to work for this shady mob. and id never recommend them to fix a pc. the most shocking company I’ve ever had contact with. both jobs offered to me were before id even seen a contract and on the other side of town way in excess of all lockdown rules and during the lock down period. oh and even after signing and sending contract I got no response no info on how to conduct jobs no info on how to finish any work and something weird about not being able to issue invoices. like I said borderline illegal behaviour.

Oh and the worst part this company is run from a suburban home in deer Park. No business address just a home address. No corporate office at all. Check address on google maps and you will see for yourself

Wouldn’t bother. Sent an email outlining an issue for replacement parts for a laptop. Never received a response. Not even a “we’re not interested”.
You’d think that good customer service meant getting back to people even when you can’t help them. Apparently not.

Very satisfied with the services and tech team who saved me from hackers and save my computer and all my accounts. Will recommend this to all my friends and family.
