I went to happytel maybe a half year ago. I did not do research on where to go. But know the store has been around for agesss… and it turned out the services are great! I replaced the crushed screen (not original) and got 2 year replacement free (up to 2 screens and unlimited protector). So far I have changed once time screen and 2 protectors – of course – mainly as my children damaged them. but no questions asked and replacement was done quickly and perfectly. I am so glad I bought the services and I have peace of mind. ( of course I don’t want to use this service if I can avoid) – people working there are upbeat smiling and happy like the name HappyTel! Thank you!
They have fixed my phone 3 times, all good, quick. And once they talked me out of a bigger repair. I was sure the charging port was broken, and the guy insisted he would just clean it for $20 instead. Worked perfectly.
Very good customer service. Anil the guy was very helpful to find the right screen protector for my iPhone 15 pro max. Price is reasonable. I recommend to everyone blindly to go with Happy Tel. Happy shopping
