I had finally booted up a brand new built PC and had to tinker with some settings in the BIOS/motherboard for getting a game to run. I accidentally messed with the PK keys settings and resulted in an unresponsive computer.

Gavin was open and happy to help late in the evening when all other computer repair locations were closed. Managed to resolve the issue quickly (approx 20 mins) for a reasonable price.

Extra points for identifying a problem myself, my mate and a previous computer repair man failed to notice which was the ventilation holes for the graphics card was blocked by a piece of removable plastic. I reckon Gavin saved me from burning out an approximately $600 graphics card.
