I had to chase them down every step of the journey.
They said they would call me if they could order the battery, when they got my payment, when the battery arrived and when the laptop was ready for pick-up. They never did, I had to be the one constantly calling for every step.
They don’t seem to have good control of their process. I don’t think I will be using them again unless it is for a device they already have the parts for.
I had already shopped around and knew what the price should be, Ken had it done within the hour, used genuine parts and applied a glass screen cover for me as well.
A few of the other phone repair places around Brunswick are quite “dodgy” but iFix were extremely professional, friendly and will be going there for all of my tech needs
Good service, good attitude, good price. Ken is upfront and friendly and just knows his stuff. I wouldnt go anywhere else…you shoudnt either!
