They are completely untrustworthy
2 months ago I got them to fix my phone and they logged into my google account and then proceeded to give themselves 2x 5 star reviews at their shop and their other shop in cranbourne.
I only noticed when going to give another business a review.

Imagine what else they have gone through in terms of people’s privacy, people
Photos ect

Completely unacceptable and un professional as a massive invasion of privacy.

If you filter down their reviews you can see a pattern of which reviews are done bull their staff on other people’s phones without their knowledge, their grammar and punctuality is a dead give away.

update: Attempted to come back this morning when the store was listed as open only to find it was closed

Nothing but a bunch of liars and con artists, they don’t do on the spot repairs at the chelsea store. and whenever there is a warranty issue they send you down to cranbourne to then tell you they wont fix it under warranty, Buyers BEWARE, thieving business stealing money from consumers with cheap parts and bad repairs
