I booked an appointment at 6pm the night prior for a 3pm appointment as my phone was badly broken, then received an email 30 minutes before my appointment time stating they only just checked my booking and didn’t have the screen needed to repair my phone. Their solution was for me to come at 6pm and have it repaired then, but when I arrived they told me there was no screen and I’d either have to travel from Calamvale to Paddington to have it fixed at 12pm the next day, or I’d have to wait until 4pm (a whole 25 hours after my original booking) to have my phone repaired, leaving me without a phone for another day. I’d definitely suggest improving your customer service, and don’t advertise same day fixes if you aren’t going to check emails until the mid afternoon! Could have gone elsewhere and had my phone fixed today, but instead I’m now looking around to have it done first thing in the morning somewhere else so I don’t have to miss more work.

Yep yep. This place deserves the excellent rating it has.Charged fractions of what Apple would have on a well-performed repair of a lightning port on a very recent iPhone 13 Pro.
If your warranty on your iProduct is out and you need a repair done and don’t want to be shafted by Apple, look nowhere else.

Came to get my sisters phone screen fixed and her phone had just gotten damaged only around 10 minutes before we started looking around to see where we could get it fixed. I spoke to the woman on the phone and she was direct and gave me a price for it as well. She fixed it in less than 30 minutes and the screen was back to normal! Would recommend to anyone 🙂
